Post Claims in 3 Easy Steps
With MaintenanceProgram.com, you can post a claim in three simple steps. Enter the RO number, the odometer reading and the RO amount. We’ll calculate the Upsale Amount. It’s that simple. Select our Optional DMS Integration™and we’ll calculate your upsale information automatically and accurately. With this option, we don’t collect any NPI (non-public information). We simply tell you how much customer pay work is sold, how much internal work was performed and how much warranty dollars were filed with the manufacturer.
Search for Customers InDMS by Multiple Variables
Express Search quickly lets you look up customers by any combination of customer name, VIN 8 or email address. The search bar will generate a list of customers who match your criteria and also yield whether the customer is expired or expiring soon. Once you have found the correct customer, you can access service history, view available claims and more.
Attract Customers Back for Service with The Lost Opportunity Transformer™
Lost Opportunities are how we refer to customers who purchase from your dealership but don’t return for service — or have missed prior service appointments. To prevent customers from defecting, we provide tools to get in touch with these customers to remind them of their complementary or discounted services at your dealership. It’s what we call The Lost Opportunity Transformer™.
The Lost Opportunity Transformer™and Service Reminder tabs give you the ability to contact customers by email or phone to remind them of services available at your dealership. The system automatically records customers who have been contacted (gray phone icon) and customers who haven’t (green phone icon). Email and call scripts can be personalized to fit the goals of your dealership and call results and notes are saved for future reference.
